PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITIES MATCHMAKER
The matchmaker is organized like speed dating and gives small-business owners the opportunity to market their products and services one-on-one to many government agencies and prime contractors in a short amount of time. The cost to participate is $50, which includes lunch. Preregistration is required because appointments are scheduled in advance.
Small business specialists from government agencies and prime contractors sit in a large room. Representatives from small businesses are allowed in at 20-minute intervals to meet with them one-on-one. When time expires, the small business people leave and another group comes in.
