Course Objective

Supervisors play a key role in the success of every organization.  They are accountable for "results", create a link between upper management and front line employees and have a dramatic impact on employee performance and behavior.  Equipping supervisors with the critical management skills and principles required in today's demanding business and industrial climate is oour objective.

Program Format

The Supervisory Skills Certification Program combines twelve bi-weekly four hour interactive classroom sessions with applied blended learning, creation of individual development plans, practical application of skills in the work environment and "upper" management input if requested.
